15th December 2015 — Tim Peake's launch to the International Space Station
ARC members will team up with W5 Interactive Science Centre in Belfast to screen the launch and run workshops throughout the day. Workshop themes include astronaut training, astronaut nutrition and exploring the universe.
As well as the ARC team you will be able to enjoy exhibitions from Scientific Sue, CultureTECH, STEM Aware and a visit from ESA astronaut Jean-Francois Clervoy. Jean-Francois has been on three Space Shuttle missions and will be giving a number of talks.
